Our Services
Medical and Personal
We provide safe, dependable transportation for medical appointments and personal needs. Whether it’s a doctor’s visit or errands, our compassionate team ensures you arrive comfortably and on time. Designed with care and convenience in mind, we’re here to make getting where you need to go simple and stress-free.
$50 - Doctor Appointments
$40 - Personal Errands, 2 hours + $20 each additional hour
$100 - Surgery/Procedures with Anesthesia
$30 + cost of meds - Medication Pick Up
$30 - Grocery Delivery
Standard fees apply to all trips within a 20-mile radius, additional mileage charges may apply.
Urgent Care and ER
Don’t let transportation get in the way of you or your student getting the care you need. Community Connections provides timely and safe rides to Urgent Care of the ER. Round trip transportation and pharmacy and/or food stops included in each trip + cost of medication/food.
$60 - Urgent Care
$100 - Emergency Room
Riders will be asked to wear a mask depending on symptoms.
Airport Shuttles
Whether you are traveling to a tropical island or your student is flying home for the holidays, we provide reliable and convenient transportation to and from the airport.
